RCB RATINGS

When deciding whether a house will be your home, it can be incredibly difficult to consider all that factors into that decision.

 

This is where THE RCB RATING comes in handy.

 

You will rate the home on a scale from 1-10. 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. The one caveat if you are shopping with someone is, you will both give your score at the same time as to not let someone else's score influence your own.

You will need an eight or higher.

The eight will represent 80% of the home you love 10% of the home you can change and 10% of the home you can deal with.
